Refund Policy

We are finalising the details on this page. Anything not stated here is confirmed with you before you pay.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order. Card payments are refunded to the original card — we cannot send them anywhere else.

Partial refunds

If only part of an order is returned, we refund that item's price. Where a discount applied to the whole order, the refund is adjusted proportionally so the remaining items keep their correct discounted price.

Timing

Once a refund is issued, the money reaches your account according to your payment provider's own timelines. That part is outside our control.
